Bang on! I am glad someone pointed that out. Almost everything on iHub and here is indeed hearsay. It can't be proven, but that does not mean it is wrong.

I know nothing about anybody's dealings with the SEC. If they have a whistleblower's line, then contacting them saves them work and is a proper use of that line. I am not sure where contacting them repeatedly crosses the line into something else, but they are professionals and it is up to them to take the tips offered and handle them accordingly.
