Lakeshore actually has a medical marijuana permit to issue? How is FITX supposed to get a mmj facility permit when a mmj facility permit doesn't even exist? Until the town initiated these new bylaws there was no legal reason to distinguish mmj from any other agricultural crop. The town doesn't issue tomato growing facility permits do they? No, they just require the correct zoning, and zoning wasn't an issue until the town made it an issue, when they decided to create mmj specific zoning. That's not Bills fault. If the town didn't initiate the creation of all these new bylaws then zoning would still not be an issue.
