Around 22:12 in the Rodman and Renishaw presentation he actually said "we want to uplist to the NASDAQ in the 4th quarter, or very very early in the first quarter, just timing dependent on certain other milestones that we're going to acheive."
Shortly after, "We don't feel as though we need to do a (capital) raise any time soon between now and our uplisting to the NASDAQ"
