I just finished listening to the Rodman & Renshaw
Post# of 30028
Gerald told me months ago that the uplist would be moved out if market conditions didn't support it, and his words today suggest this strategy is still in place. Some seem to believe Gerald wants to uplist ASAP and will do whatever RS is necessary to get to NASDAQ.
I'm glad to know he's still looking out for shareholder's interests by not reversing us into oblivion. The 1:20 RS he mentioned in a recent blog was an example based on the current share price, not an indication he was planning such a large RS. Because of this strategy, I still believe any RS needed will be minimal and will not be large enough to satisfy those who wish to purchase shares on margin. That can come after the uplist and after the share price has risen sufficiently. This way the shareholder positions aren't reduced by an additional factor of 2 or 3 just to satisfy minimum margin price requirements.
