The ANDAs and 505B2 will require much cheaper BE trials to the tune of a couple million. Sounds like 2-3m for all based on the CCs. Again, whyt eh Socius deal made sense since they could just take what they needed to complete the studies.

A full blown PH3 for an extended release 24 hour Oxy or similar, would require a partner most likely unless they hit really big money on Novel.

The real question is and has been what are the potential ANDAs and 505B2 NDAs.
