For my taste.....you sell Novel for the 5-8 million and pay off the debt and put the rest of the money into BE studies, Anda & NDA ART products. The only way you take that Socius money is if you can't monetize the Novel stake soon enough and you take 2-3 million....not the full 5.....JMO.

I like the fact that Jerry is trying to keep the dilution to a minimum at this point. I also think that if Elite does take the full $5 million......that should the company able to see a nice ROI from that $5million......the company should buy back those 50 million shares that the Socius deal would put into the float. That is, however, a pipe dream on my end. I understand the likelihood of taking the Socius deal. I don't like it and prefer them to use the Novel investment if possible.

Here's what I'm wondering about....if/when the company announces they are going to take the loan agreement as previously set up basically. More dilution would be coming.....and then the PPS is going to take a hit for a short period of time. In the long run, the PPS will be fine.....I also have no concerns about the company long term.....however, in the short run the Socius deal.....if they started to draw on that money...is likely to drive the PPS down for a period of time.
