With no debt and 5M+ in the bank there is no need to find a partner.  I'd rather continue to build the product line, establish the products that have launched into the marketplace, slowly increase revenues while pushing for the ART drugs.  With that additional cash the company could also look to buy back some shares even if it is only 50-75M.
