Funny he's not referencing  cases that have been resolved in the courts (there are thousands of them) and picks JBI of all companies when there are only allegations.  There have been no finding by any court yet he uses JBI as an example?  Doesn't make any since.  Why do you think he picked JBI as there is nothing unique about the allegations?
