It would be nice if management could explain what you have in black and white...if we are hoping for the 10k to provide transperency, then management can get the ball rolling on this by simply explaining exactly how the financing will impact the SS and the cash flow for the company...We understand that these funds can be put towards the foundation and building blocks of a developing company...but there is no need for the mysteries and confusion.  Lay it out there as part of a transperent mold and let the shareholders decide for themselves...
