I agree.. The real Question is
Sony would not agree to even allow him to join the board, and Ntek..
You are right taber could be bullied badly by him, so there has to be a deal or agreement in place!!
But the most important thing I think is... Did you see his Resume and it is SONY... How much money would they have to see in NTEK's partnership or potential, to Even MAKE IT WORTH THEIR WHILE TO GET INVOLVED??
The answer is (without knowing the figure) a Hell of a lot more then what would make a company have a 40 million dollar market cap!!
