So depending on the wacky weather forecast, we should be good up until Thanksgiving or so before the pricing would become significantly higher for construction cost?
Seems doable with even an extra 60-90 days of delay built in at this point... Again, I'm only discussing cost containment. BC and crew proved this past winter that provided enough funds a building can be built in the dead-of-winter (one of the most extreme winters on record).
