looking at BCAP action today so far up 33% somebody at least beleives RIGH at least started to pay off BCAP with shares sold monday of course beleiving and seeing with your own eyes are two diffrent things

to me it looks like the press release was just a covr to explain the jump on monday for just the reasons you state with the SEC
