So JBI didn't need Somerset's offer because they found a better price. Great. Do you see how that's not happening??
Clean out every three to four days? Sure, shut it down every third or fourth day and clean it out. Operate an $80,000 processor for only 250 days out of the year clearing $10,000 per day. That still sounds like a great return on investment.
So you seriously believe the need to clean it out every third or fourth day necessitated looking for a better solution??
If I said I can offer you an investment for $80,000 which returns $2,500,000 per year, would you tell me that's not good enough because a better clean out would yield $3,650,000 per year??
...and after you improved the clean out, would you again delay because you want to improve the processor (processor #2)??

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
