Does the SEC have jurisdiction over SMB's. I would like to have all strong holders of JBI contact the jurisdiction enity and bombard them with complaints regarding the unfair playing field on that FUDster board. I am willing to send out letters and if someone can direct me to agencies in charge of stocks and short trading I will provide a list of those charged with allowing the manipulation to continue.
