You keep referring to Somerset. I'm not sure why you keep suggesting that those talks never occurred. Those talks did take place before JBI commenced production. As it turned out Somerset closed it's doors but that's ok JBI didn't need them anymore as they were making in-spec fuel and getting a higher price. And as everyone knows processors 1 and 2 had problems with manual clean-out every 3-4 days. This was unacceptable thus the need to find a permanent solution - processor # 3.
