e.g this post-SIRG will have to maintain a bid price of 1c and pay 10000 annual fee just to be listed on otcqb within 4 months of end of its fiscal year-but otc says starting w fiscal years ending mar 31, or May 1, whichever is later i guess-so as of july 31 or later?-who knows- otc does a poor job of explaining the timing for existing otcqb co's imo
