new co's have to meet requirements may 1 this year-will otc treat sirg as new co since sirg hasnt been otcqb since Apr 16-I've seen otc do stranger things
otherwise within 4 months of end of dec 31, 2014 fiscal year would mean Apr 31 or May 1 of next year to attain a bid price of 1c,since phase in for existing co's doesnt start til 4 months after mar 31 2014 - is my guess without looking at it again
really has no macro importance except smaller pool of investors on pink instead of otcqb,esp for investors who are not aware of otc's non regulatory public co profit motive,which exasperates me because it has severely hurt co's I've invested in-and those who dont understand that many sec reporting co's will be pink current-just more confusion for investors
