remember as i posted earlier- non-regulatory otc- to increase its profits -has instituted new fees, including a 10000 annual fee just to remain on its non regulatory self created otcqb-in addition to fees for each posting

many co's w negative income cant afford such fees,so it will relegate many sec reporting co's to pink current otc status

I usually use otc rather than edgar,where i find it harder to find things-e.g searched 3 times today for a co using its name and ticker on edgar without success-so i dont know what edgar charges for posting
