If you look back at the BCAP six-month or one-year chart you'll see there were very few days where BCAP traded at $0.0001. In fact on the standard chart (five month timeframe), the BCAP bottom is $0.0002.

Also note that the last time BCAP traded at $0.0001 was one day in October 2013. Prior to that you have to go back to around August 2012.
