I wouldn't expect to hear anything for a few more weeks. You'd know if there was bad news because Common would be at No Bid and there'd be no interest in acquiring Common on the Ask at $0.0001. That applies to any company.
The fact that people are willing to acquire BCAP Common on the Bid at $0.0002 and on the Ask at $0.0003 and there's a 760M Bid Support at $0.0001 tells you something good is stirring beneath the surface. What it is has yet to be revealed.
Personally I'd expect Matt to maximize the length of his reporting window. The downside is no news now. The upside is acquiring BCAP at any price points below the 200DMA.
