I'm an investor in BCAP. Making money on a run from my perspective simply provides an opportunity to acquire more stock in a fundamentally undervalued company when traders capitulate and sell for losses. My position over time has increased, and my risk is mitigated.
The concept of zero cost basis shares is meaningless. That's a traders fantasy, especially penny stock traders. Either one has a position in the market, or one doesn't. If one has a market position it has value, and if the share price falls ones profits evaporate.
With respect to buying stocks: No-one should ever buy any stock based on blind faith. If they're buying on belief, that belief should be grounded in facts that are reasonably likely to pay off over time.
