I would assume something of that nature is going on right now, but it is hard to know without Jeff informing us what exactly is going on. I would be far more comfortable knowing the hold up is with the SEC or FINRA than with Jeff. I see no reason why he couldn't PR to let us know that he has done everything that he can possibly do at this point.
