Knowing KMAG has competent and capable legal counsel, my guess is JR has already received a no-action letter and already filed the 211. SRFF are no rookies and are not likely to sit on their hands waiting for the SEC to log off their pornsites before getting the clearance to move forward.

Methinks JR doesn't want to jinx his already bad luck by pushing it further, and announcing anything until it's a closed case and trading on the pinks again.

I think he's aware how much and far the bashers will go to stifle any and everything he says, so his only defense is a good offense: don't say a word until pinks are a fact again.
