I've received a couple replies. One just last week. I didn't bother saying anything for the obvious reason that he often says news soon and doesn't follow thru. Seems to me that if he was so optimistic about issuing a PR, he must be waiting for a single certain development, first. Something that just keeps dragging on. Probably SEC/FINRA related.

I'd like to know if he's already filed the 211?
