AMS understands much more than a certain "G(R)EEK" here. Why were you so anxious to get involved with those bad boys from AMS?  Tantalus will do just fine without GP or a deal with Sney.

 Do you really believe that companies are falling all over themselves to get into a JV with Sunergy? From what I know, not a single company has approached Sney regarding working with them. A loan? Really? C'mon, the only way they get money is by selling more stock, period.
