.... contrary to what someone suggested, not all loans come from Banks, there is the private sector through whom any deal can be cut, limited only by both principals' creative imagination and as long as it is acceptable to both, . . . it will fly. With an OFF-TAKE agreement, the same applies, ANY DEAL CAN BE WORKED AS LONG AS IT IS ACCEPTABLE TO ALL PARTIES, and no one is going to consult with shareholders for their opinions.
As for the Tantalus JV, it was SNEY prerogative to "accept" or "reject" said agreement sweet or not, and any further discussion into this topic is "sour grapes" from AMS who just simply does not get it. RMC.
