but w that said the mining funding environment has been difficult and its still an uphill road especially until they obtain both major permits
and their has been high level political interference /delays in many startups which I've noted at length on another mining stock for years-which I figured was a factor in BLM's reopening of the permit process after approving the MPO in Aug 2012
But after the flying colors of the EA and somebodies posting of the
of the permits or whatever ready to be signed it wasnt clear whether high level political stalling would continue to be a factor
