if they can get blm permit- no reason shouldnt be able to other than politics- might be able to hold off creditors until get adeq permit
and then might-no guarantees- be able to raise enough money to finish infrastructure -electrical, 2 new wells, road,refurbish the electroplating whatever process etc
nothing in last 10q's divulged any progress on BLM or ADEQ water permit-the 2 main permits-but EA was completed w no red flags so BLM should issue permit absent high level political interference.
a lof of co's at this level have trouble meeting time deadlines for 10K's etc -busy time for accountants to May 1-but I wonder whether they really expect to meet the extension timeline of 15 days (From Apr 1 to Apr 15) when they sign it
the odd thing is no progress re EA was shown on 10q's despite progress continuing at the time-and 10q's etc are required to include significant events which have occurred since the end of the reporting period-so I dont know why SIRG would not reveal that progress,or progress of any infrastructure PR'd May-June 2013
