it wasn't temporary re: DOMK (DOMARK)
it wasn't *dealt with* by the dolts until after JBI investors raised it .. the hypocrisy on tap by the dolts by that point was *rank* and getting ever more rancid
the stench originated first with a CONnected heavy lifter (July 2010 hit piece) and ever more clearly via that letter on 9.28.10
that letter would be uploaded for *public* CONsumption almost a year later
SEC is effn' disgrace in the pockets of those who CONtroll the rigged market
it's all about the cycle of money (UP and DOWN)
