I agree. Either way it's a red herring.
It would be extremely good to focus on whether or not the process itself is commercially viable. I would suggest e-mailing IR and asking a few questions...but that's easier done than said so I have to keep saying it.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
