Sure. Domark improperly valued the media credits on their books too and they didn't get charged with fraud. Then they traded the credits to JBI for a million shares trading at $1 and you assert that Mr. Bordynuik was just too naive and gullible and really thought he was getting something for nothing.
And then to sign off on that fraudulent valuation, Mr. Bordynuik found an auditor which made the PCAOB's bad list. When the auditor was arrested and jailed for violating his probation, Mr. Bordynuik paid for his legal representation.
But by all means, keep focusing it being fraudulent at Domark and believe since they got away with it then Mr. Bordynuik should have too.
