I thought the Static show was good too. I little racey, but good. So now it sounds like Static is dead in the water. I wish we all had better hind sight.

As for the RS, I knew it had to be done and especially once the new regulations for OTCQB came out. No surprise here. It is just the matter of having done this now for the third time. That is not good for your image as a CEO. And with all that has transpired here, I'm not sure what you have to offer future and existing shareholders to bring value (revenues) to this stock. Many of us have lost patience for this (besides losing lots of money) and can no longer just sit by idly watching. That is why you have so many voicing their opinions in a negative way. I hope that we/us/them are not kicking a dead dog,  trying to revive it. There has to be some progress for shareholders, not just buying YOUR stock and watching it lose value. What would you do with such a stock? I'm sure you wouldn't have even looked at a stock like this back in your Stock Analyst days. Especially with the track record of ICPA/PNCH has.

Oh well, I hope that things truly work out. People deserve better here!
