Here is my favorite part of the new regs:
Ongoing Requirements
Doesn't say I have to have a minimum Bid of .01 to buy. Says company must maintain a minimum bid at close once out of every 30 calendar days or be dropped. (We never see paint jobs here, do we?) Huge difference there.
With all the emotion here, this is gonna be interesting. Sure hope Collins doesn't jump in and mess everything up again.......

• Meet an ongoing minimum bid price test of $0.01 as of the close of business for at least one of every 30 calendar days
• Post current SEC disclosure on EDGAR, or for companies that do not file on EDGAR, post current SEC disclosure on
the OTC Markets website
