Only other  thought is that Jeff said he would buy back shares on the open market...so from June to end of July ....He infused the 114 Mill shares from the pref.....into the O/s and insured the pps stayed low and bought the shares, along with others as they were infused!...Faucet turned off end of July...And KMAG headed back Up!

So that could explain who the "Distributor / Dilutor" was??
