He converted his restricted shares into common shares. So what? He already owned them anyway. He still can't sell them and he knows it. His point was to lock it up as a good gesture. He now owns approximately 20-30% of the o/s. Who would do a r/s if you owned that many common shares?? His interests are now our interests. We're good bro.. Look for a morning PR that makes more sense.
