My opinion has the sponsoring thought that BW is not intentionally trying to take shareholders for a ride all this time. With that preface, my thoughts are he has to issue shares, not to sell on the open mkt, but to a large investor or entity to expand. This looks logical because the stock was selling around $.0008 before the AS almost tripled, yet the the $.0007 bottom is holding - thus he isn't selling on the open mkt (at least yet) or the PPS would be $.0003 by now. If a large investor, the shares could be restricted from sale or the investor has no intention of selling his gold mine...remember, if this is so, tha investor has likely seen the books and thus knows what is really happening. JMO.
