This discouraged me to sell a bulk of my position but I may get back in at a lower price and double my position. .0004 may be a good target. The rumor is that it was for dilution. That would seem obvious because BW needs 5 million for EU expansion. The other idea which Jgilll over at IHUB had was BW is using the increase as some sort of collateral for the 5million. I was reading about this. Correct me if I'm wrong but this is called stock pledging. The description of it seemed like what BW could be doing here. Any thoughts?
