Hi Whip, Welcome Mike.  I have been thinking the same thing as Whip.  I expected the pps to drop terribly the day after the news increased a/s.  But then when it didn't, my first thought that these shares are for someone interested in the business.  They could very easily be issued "restricted" and wouldn't be traded for a specified number of years.  This is not unusual at all.
