Stock prices usually consider where a stock will be in 6 months to a year.  Treaty anticipates 25 wells in West Texas alone by EOY2014.  Add in East Texas, Treaty drilling contracts, Belize etc and this stock price makes no sense whatsoever. A small company becoming cash flow positive with many iron is the fire and it sits under .02     - ridiculous..
