The bashing assists with the FUD which offers justification for the hedgies to short whether by borrowing or naked short selling.  The daily volume doesn't indicate a high amount of selling or buying as compared to the total OS.  If we had days of 5mm sells then I'd be concerned.  Most days are less than 1mm in volume.  Bottomline, the market isn't buying TECO stock.
