What will be interesting is how the judge will determine how much damage was done and reparations.  I don't think stock analysis goes over well in the courtroom but I can say alone before the last couple of O/S increases our median price should have been in the .04-.05 range over 3yrs  minimum plus interest.  That is a lot of $$$
