Similarly, anxiety sufferers found relief in an average of 42 days through 3.8 sessions, which is a stark contrast to the typical wait time of 3 to 6 months seen nationally.

Critical to the platform is its evidence-based screening for identifying individuals at risk of suicide or self-harm. Member outcomes demonstrate profound improvements following program participation. Prior to their first appointments, an impressive 97 percent completed a Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) for depression and 92 percent completed a Generalized Anxiety Disorder Assessment (GAD-7). Following fewer than four sessions, scores from these assessments improved significantly, with average enhancements of 39 percent in PHQ-9 scores and 26.5 percent in GAD-7 scores.
