The exploration team has reported remarkable findings:
- 1.17 gpt Au and 449 gpt Ag for 542 gpt AgEq over a 1.02 m ETW, with particularly notable readings of 1.73 gpt Au and 798 gpt Ag for 936 gpt AgEq over 0.38 m from hole LZ46-3.
- 2.43 gpt Au and 1,063 gpt Ag for 1,258 gpt AgEq over a 1.62 m ETW, highlighted by extraordinary values of 9.61 gpt Au and 4,070 gpt Ag for 4,839 gpt AgEq over 0.34 m from hole LZ48-1.
The abbreviations are defined as follows: gpt represents grams per tonne; Au denotes gold; Ag indicates silver; ETW stands for estimated true width; and m refers to meter. Silver equivalent calculations are made at a ratio of 80:1 silver to gold.
Drilling Context and Future Plans
Last quarter, the diamond drilling initiative commenced at the La Luz vein, focusing on the north extension around the San Bernabé Adit and San Rafael Shaft. This targeted area lies within 500 meters of the previously exploited Asunción mine.
So far, the drilling program has achieved impressive results, with eight holes drilled over 2,000 meters that established high-grade mineralization occupying an area extending 100 meters in length and reaching depths of about 200 meters. The mineralization continues to be open towards the south and at greater depths, prompting plans for ongoing drilling activities throughout the first half of the year.
