The results for 2024 have also factored in a non-cash derivative liability income of $183,210. Even when excluding this favorable item, DEEP GREEN has demonstrated solid operational performance driven by an impressive 87% increase in revenues along with effective cost control strategies.
During this quarter, DEEP GREEN successfully sold its AMWASTE subsidiary in Georgia for $175,000. This strategic move allows the company to streamline their operations and concentrate on expanding their asbestos and radon remediation offerings, especially in the Nashville market where they’ve noticed robust growth. Additionally, they introduced a Gross Profit Incentive Plan aimed at rewarding supervisors and project managers who surpass gross profit margin benchmarks at Lyell Environmental Services.
Moreover, DEEP GREEN recently managed to cut its outstanding debt by $178,591, trading this amount for the issuance of restricted shares of common stock to pivotal management and board members.
