RAI Institute recently welcomed three dynamic organizations into its fold. These members are keen on enhancing the discourse and practices surrounding responsible AI.
Ally
“Joining Responsible AI Institute shows our commitment to continue advocating for high standards in the use of AI while also thoughtfully leveraging its potential in financial services,” expressed Sathish Muthukrishnan, the chief information, data, and digital officer at Ally. He also highlighted, “While we can only control our own approach to AI, we hope that as we ‘do it right’ with AI, others will commit to using it responsibly as well.”
Ally is recognized as a trailblazer in financial services, operating the largest all-digital bank in the U.S. The organization is fully aware that as AI technologies become more prevalent, responsible practices are vital in maintaining trust and maximizing AI’s value. Notably, Ally is the first U.S.-based bank to align with the RAI Institute.
Genpact
“Regulated and responsible AI practices are mission-critical today,” said Sreekanth Menon, global AI practice leader at Genpact. He emphasized the need for strong data management and governance, alongside a culture of continuous learning and innovation to ensure the impactful implementation of AI. “Together with the Responsible AI Institute, we’re dedicated to building a future where AI is both powerful and responsible,” he added.
Genpact offers a wealth of experience in professional services, empowering organizations to navigate and thrive in the responsible deployment of AI technologies with their expertise in data-centric solutions.

Lewis brings extensive experience in scaling businesses, which will be instrumental in acquiring and retaining new members while advancing responsible AI practices.
Harmon and Gazula will focus on assisting member organizations in evaluating their AI capabilities, driving improvements, and providing actionable insights through various strategic workshops and reports.

These events are structured to foster collaboration and share valuable knowledge among member organizations.
As technology evolves, the need for comprehensive AI policies becomes increasingly vital.
