Renault Group's New Initiative for Employee Share Ownership
Renault Group has recently announced the launch of its third employee share ownership plan as part of its commitment to reshaping the corporate landscape through equitable participation. This plan serves as a wonderful opportunity for employees to increase their stakes in the company and hence benefit directly from its ongoing success.

The new share ownership plan aims to build upon the existing employee equity, which was nearly 5.07% of the total as of December 2023. The company's objective is to escalate that figure to 10% by the year 2030. This initiative underlines the Group's ambition to foster a culture of ownership among its employees across various international markets.
Significant Benefits for Employees
Under the new plan, eligible employees across 30 countries will have the chance to receive seven free shares. Additionally, employees in 24 of these countries are afforded the opportunity to acquire shares at a remarkable 30% discount, supplemented with a matching contribution. The reference share price has been set at 41.80 euros, resulting in a subscription price of 29.26 euros after the discounted rate for plan participants.

The subscription for shares will commence on September 18 and conclude on October 2, 2024. This initiative aims to bring approximately 98,000 employees closer to the ownership atmosphere that Renault Group aims to promote.
