That's interesting. They wait two months to make an announcement? Okaaayyy..we know the CEO is fishy, but let's talk about the timing. Assuming that he got started right away(and while I'm sure the experiements didn't start the next day, I'm sure they started soon. You don't pay someone that much and have them sit on their butt), then the data would be collected according to that timeline.
I think you're right on. You're looking at end of year submission of Min tech to FDA. The question is...when will he tell us it's been submitted? They only have to tell stockholders when they've received an acknowledgement from the FDA correct?
