OK, so, the agreement between Dr. Min and the company was executed on 27 July. It is 1 October??? The agreement indicates that there is upwards of 12 weeks of experiments per the FDA requests for HemaXellerate. That would put us at the end of October for the results to be submitted to the FDA with another 30 days plausibly before final response. Or, dare I say, more required info. That is assuming the experiments began about the time the contract was executed.
Dr. Min is receiving roughly 8333 USD worth of stock per month for his services.
