Toronto, Ontario – August 13, 2012 - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. (“iSIGN” or “Company”) (TSX-V: ISD) (OTCQX: ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North America and GraphicMedia, Inc. (“Graphic”), a privately owned and operated creative graphics and advertising company located in Bluffton, Indiana, are pleased to announce the completion of the testing of iSIGN’s Interactive Marketing Solutions (“IMS”) 3.1 software and related Smart Antenna (“SA”).
Under the terms of the LOI, Graphic has agreed to a payment of $250,000 US, to acquire exclusive rights to the territories of Indiana and Ohio for a period of three years. The agreement also calls for iSIGN to receive $1,095 US in licensing fees per unit per year.

“We have already introduced iSIGN and its Smart Antenna to two companies and are extremely pleased with the results,” stated Mr. Leman. “One is National Oil and Gas, Inc,, a major petroleum distributor who is open to a pilot program in selected outlets of a major convenience store chain with approximately 4,000 outlets. The other is a large well-established international company headquartered in Hong Kong, who is interested in acquiring China as a territory.“
