How many times do I need to say that the PPS won't see significant gains without the end of the shorting manipulation or the voluntary assistance of the MM's and hedgies to take the PPS in the other direction. I'm done with TECO's inability to challenge a short squeeze because these are the same people who claim "we can't effect the PPS". Well they have effected the PPS from .13 down to .008 in the last two years and that track record sucks! Increasing the AS just put more ammunition for FUD in the hands of the bashers and their short manipulating crime bosses. These managers know zero about operating a company within the micro-cap markets.
